DESCRIPTION:This summer in Detroit Lakes experience “The Good Life” with artist Kent Estey’s exhibit “Mino-Bimaadiziwin” – vibrant acrylic\, oil\, and ink paintings expressing the colors and emotions of the land and sky and the beauty of our region. \n\n\n\nBeginning May 1\, you can see the full collection in three locations through Labor Day weekend: \n\n\n\n• Becker County Museum (714 Summit Ave) – Original and prints of acrylic\, oil\, and ink paintings \n\n\n\n• Ortenstone Gardens & Sculpture Park (28499 Randolph Rd) – Large scale print reproductions along the Aspen Overlook Trail \n\n\n\n• Washington Square Mall (808 Washington Ave) – Even more large scale print reproductions \n\n\n\nThe exhibits will remain open during each venue’s operating hours. \n\n\n\nKent Estey is a multi-medium Anishinaabe artist\, author\, and speaker from the White Earth Nation of Ojibwe in Northwestern Minnesota. DESCRIPTION:This summer in Detroit Lakes experience “The Good Life” with artist Kent Estey’s exhibit “Mino-Bimaadiziwin” – vibrant acrylic\, oil\, and ink paintings expressing the colors and emotions of the land and sky and the beauty of our region. \n\n\n\nBeginning May 1\, you can see the full collection in three locations through Labor Day weekend: \n\n\n\n• Becker County Museum (714 Summit Ave) – Original and prints of acrylic\, oil\, and ink paintings \n\n\n\n• Ortenstone Gardens & Sculpture Park (28499 Randolph Rd) – Large scale print reproductions along the Aspen Overlook Trail \n\n\n\n• Washington Square Mall (808 Washington Ave) – Even more large scale print reproductions \n\n\n\nThe exhibits will remain open during each venue’s operating hours. \n\n\n\nKent Estey is a multi-medium Anishinaabe artist\, author\, and speaker from the White Earth Nation of Ojibwe in Northwestern Minnesota.
