Birthday Party Packages
The Becker County Museum is a great location to host your child’s next birthday party! We offer three levels of packages to choose from, each of which includes the rental of a private party room and passes to the Science Center for both children and adults!

Private Projected Game System
We have a second BEAM projected game system located in one of our party rooms. It will be exclusively yours to use for the duration of your party rental!
Bubble Tent
A well-loved option for parties, our inflatable bubble tent is sure to add an extra layer of fun to your birthday! Blowing air sends colorful balloons swirling around the inside of the tent as you try to catch or dodge them while inside.
Inflatable Axe Throwing
Try your hand at a classic lumberjack sport – without the risk of sharp axes or splinters! Our inflatable axe throwing is a hit with parties that want to add a competitive and interactive activity to their event.

How do I book my birthday party?
The easiest ways to book a birthday party are to visit the museum in person or call the museum’s main line: 218-847-2938. A $50 deposit is required to book.
Can I bring in food and beverages?
Yes! You may certainly bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. Keep in mind that we only have refrigerator space available, as the museum does not have a freezer. Your food and beverages must stay in the party room.
Am I allowed to decorate?
Decorations in the party room are allowed to be attached only to tables, chairs, and the dedicated hanging rails mounted to the walls. This is to ensure that walls are not damaged by adhesive tape or hooks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this!
All decorations and hanging materials must be removed immediately following your event.
Can I arrive early to set up?
The ability to arrive early is dependent on our event schedule for the specific date you have booked. Discuss your wishes for an early arrival at the time of your booking, or call the museum at 218-847-2938 to make a plan.
If you selected party package 2 or 3, museum staff will take care of setting up your inflatable or projected game system before your party begins.
What are my post-party responsibilities?
Tear down takes place immediately after your event unless other arrangements have been made.
After your event, please ensure that all trash is gathered and placed in the provided trash receptacles. If the kitchen space is used, all dishes must be washed and counters wiped down. Additionally, we ask that you wipe down tables and chairs to help us prepare for the next event.
